The Casetta Module is shown here mounted in a Casetta Case. The case is fitted with gold plated quadrant hinges and has a magnetic latch. However, the Module is also a free standing unit and can be used without the case. In that manner, multiple units can be placed side to side or stacked vertically for multiple watches. They easily fit in a wall safe or vault and require no external power. The attractive Mahogany suede lined case with beveled glass viewing port and with high gloss lacquer finish is available for housing single Casetta Modules to provide the attractive fully enclosed Watchwinder shown above. The Module case is covered in durable Camel color synthetic suede with the rear panel of the module made of brushed stainless steel. The drive motor is a Swiss designed ironless core motor with precious metal brushes. The rotary programming switch and programming instructions are accessible on the back panel. There is no need to open the case to change programs. Nine different winding programs are available for setting turns per day (TPD), establishing rotation direction and implementing automatic rotation reversing.
The Casetta Module is very compact, measuring 5-1/8" square and less than 3" in depth. Operation is enabled by a rocker type on/off switch in front. Once the desired winding program is selected, there is no need for back access. Each Casetta module comes with Orbita's iron-clad 2-year product warranty and a guaranteed battery life of 5 years.
