BERGAMO BAROQUE WATCHWINDER

Custom built in Italy, this beautifully finished Baroque style watchwinder cabinet opens to reveal 40 individually controlled watchwinder modules.  Hand crafted of fine ash and walnut burl veneers with precious wood inlays and replete with 24 karat gold plated fascia trim, this cabinet represents the epitome of Italian furniture craftsmanship and design.

Each of the forty (40) winder modules employ Orbita's patented Rotorwind system.  Watches are gently "rocked" in both directions every 10 or 15 minutes to keep them fully wound without any possibility of damage by overwinding.  The action is totally self-regulating and requires no owner attention.

The winder mechanisms feature Swiss-designed ironless core motors which power the gearboxes which are fitted with precision ground ball bearings.  In total, there are 200 precision bearings and 40 motors employed with sophisticated microprocessor control of each station.

With this new cabinet, furniture style is joined with high-tech American electro-mechanical "savvy" to yield a unit for serious watch collectors that satisfies the eye and performs the watch winding function flawlessly.
