POWER WIND YOUR CLOCK

Well known for their unique devices for winding wristwatches, Orbita has come up with an innovative and extremely affordable device for power winding mantel and grandfather clocks.

This new hand-held winder is powered by rechargeable batteries and comes complete with eight (8) Swiss brass clock keys for square clock shafts from 2.6 mm to 5.6 mm, a range that covers virtually any spring-wound or weight-wound clock ever made.  They simply slip into the drive end of the winder and then engage the clock shaft.  The winder features an adjustable torque clutch so that winding action can be varied to suit a particular clock, avoiding any possibility of damaging the clock movement.

The lightweight, hand-held unit can be positioned straight in-line or with the pistol-grip as shown.  Packaged in a convenient plastic carrying case with a supplied 115 VAC AC/DC adapter for recharging the high quality nickel 3.6V battery pack, the new Orbita Clockwinder has a built-in, adjustable torque limiting clutch to prevent overstressing the clock winding mechanism.

A bonus feature with each winder are thirty (30) various size screwdriver tips as the Orbita Clockwinder can serve double-duty as a handy lightweight household power screwdriver.  Also included are eight (8) nut driver tools as well as a magnetic tool holder.
