VARESE SERIES - ELEGANT LEATHER-CASED WATCHWINDERS

Featuring hand-stitched fine calfskin cases, ORBITA’s newest series of watchwinders are available in three versions; double head, triple head and top-of-the line quattro (four heads).  All three versions share the electronic controls and an electromechanical drive system which is guaranteed to wind (but never overwind) any Swiss Automatic watch produced over the past 50 years.  These are the only watchwinders made that are completely programmable for turns per day (TPD), winding direction and automatic reversing.

Dubbed the VARESE series, the luxurious leather cases are custom made for ORBITA in Italy by Italian craftsmen well versed in fine leatherwork.  Available in saddle brown (as shown) or in elegant black leather, these cases are both pleasing to the touch and to the eye.  A matching series of storage drawers is offered for the multi-watch owner.  The drawers can be stacked under the watchwinder in layers, each drawer holding eight watches. 

ORBITA Watchwinders are battery operated (6 volts DC) using readily available “C” cell alkaline batteries and can run for as long as 18 months without attention.  A unique feature is the BATTERY ALERT indicator (patent pending) which detects low battery voltage and automatically signals that it is time to change the batteries.  An AC/DC adapter is also provided and can be plugged into any convenient wall outlet when battery operation is not required. 

Prices are $995.00 list for the double unit, $1,595.00 for the triple unit and $1,795.00 for the Quattro.  Storage drawers for either the triple or Quattro are $395.00.
